Man of Steel

Jose and his band of merry steel men arrived today to set up the metal roof. It was a fairly dismal day with major lighting strikes and downpours so roofing wasn’t the easiest task. It was a difficult day for me as well – 5 boat trips to Bowen and many interruptions made carpentry slow to a crawl. It is a challenge to be supervising and labouring at the same time bit things should settle out tomorrow.
